It is normally enough if you use it for reading emails and browsing web pages. It won't be enough if you start downloading huge files and programs.

♦  When and how do I pay?
Payment is normally by credit card. We accept VISA, Mastercard and American Express.
Mobile broadband rental fees and delivery charges must be paid 2 days before the mobile broadband is dispatched.

♦  How much do you charge if the mobile broadband is lost, stolen or damaged?
The customer will be asked to pay an amount equivalent to the value of the mobile broadband upto a maximum charge of £150.00.

♦  How do you define the rental duration?
The rental starts from when you receive your mobile broadband and ends when you take the mobile broadband to a post office.

♦  Where can I receive my mobile broadband?
We will send the mobile broadband to the address you specified by registered mail.

♦  How do I return the mobile broadband?
Simply put the mobile broadband into the prepaid delivery envelope provided and hand it in at a post office. Post offices are open 9:00 - 17:00 from Monday to Friday and 9:00 - 12:00 on Saturday. Post offices are closed on Sundays and UK bank holidays.

♦  Can I return the mobile broadband from the airport?
You can post your mobile broadband from the post offices at Heathrow airport. They are located in Terminal 2. They are open 9:00-17:30 from Monday to Saturday.

There is no post office at Gatwick airport.

♦  How far in advance should I apply for a mobile broadband?
Please apply as far in advance as possible to ensure availability and at least 3 working days before the day you wish to start using the mobile broadband.
